Request Deletion of Your Data

Chamate allows users to request deletion of certain personal data without deleting their account.
How to request data deletion
Send an email to:
Email: support@neurakind.com
Please include:
- Your account email address
- The type of data you would like deleted
Types of data you may request to delete
Depending on your request, we may delete:
- Conversation history
- Learning progress records
- User-generated content
- Other personal data associated with your account
Data that may be retained
Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required for:
- Security
- Fraud prevention
- Abuse prevention
- Legal compliance
Token usage records may be retained for up to 30 days for abuse prevention and service integrity purposes.
Account remains active
Requesting deletion of specific data does not delete your Chamate account.
