Delete Your Chamate Account

Chamate allows users to permanently delete their account directly from within the app.

How to delete your account

1. Open Chamate.
2. Go to Account Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion request.

What happens when your account is deleted

When you delete your account:

• Your account profile is permanently deleted.
• Your personal information associated with your account is removed.
• Your conversation history is deleted.
• Your learning progress and related account data are deleted.
• Your subscription status is disconnected from your account records where applicable.

Data retained after deletion

For security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and operational integrity purposes, token usage records may be retained for up to 30 days after account deletion.

These retained records do not contain information that can be used to restore your account.
